How It Works

Free Welcome Wag!

When you first contact me I will schedule a free Welcome Wag meeting at my home to meet with you, find out all about your dog(s), and discuss your exact requirements.  Most importantly, Jessie and I want to meet your dog so we can get to know and interact with them.  The Welcome Wag lasts about 30 minutes, and the information I ask for will include:
  • Your dog's breed, age and state of health.
  • What your dog boarding requirements are, and the start and end dates.
  • Feed/supplement schedule.
  • Personality and issues, if any.
  • Your mobile or hotel number.
  • An emergency contact in the event you are unreachable. 
  • Your veterinarian's contact information.  

As you can see, the Welcome Wag helps me gather everything I need.  I will keep your information on file so that I am fully ready to be of service whenever you need me, even at short notice.  Ideally I appreciate at least 48 hours notice, but in an emergency I will make every effort to accommodate you.

The Booking Procedure

Once I have met you, I will ask you to complete and submit a  Client Booking Form to confirm your booking.

The Billing Procedure

Total dog boarding rates are estimated in advance based on the information you give me when you book. The final amount payable may vary from this estimate depending on the actual circumstances encountered and hours boarded.  

A non-refundable deposit of £25 is payable at the time of booking. The balance is due no later than 14 days before the commencement of boarding.  Fees can be paid in cash or online via Nochex.  For my cancellation policy please see the Booking Terms.

I encourage you to take advantage of my paperless billing and card payment options.  I will invoice you, and accept payment via Nochex, entirely online.
