Here are the questions I'm asked most often, along with the answers.  If you'd like to know the answer to something that's not included here please email us.


How do I sign up for your 1-2-1 dog boarding services?

Please complete the Client Booking Form I will send you if you're ready to go, or send me an email if you have a question that's not answered here.  We'll arrange your complimentary welcome meeting, and this will help familiarise me with you and your dog and give you an opportunity to go over their routine and any special dietary and exercise needs.



How do I get in touch?

What sort of information should I send?

Although you will be asked to fill in a detailed booking form, please let me know your dates of travel and which days you need my services.

Can you give my animal medication while I'm away?

Yes. As long as your animal does not pose a threat I am happy to administer medication to them for a small extra charge.


I have to go away at very short notice and have no time to meet you.   Can I still book your service?

No.  Unless I have already met you and your dog I cannot take care of them without a prior meeting.  I am sometimes available for last-minute boarding and if I have space available and time to set up the required initial interview I will be happy to help you.



Do you charge a holiday fee?

Yes, I charge an additional fee over national holidays and "high-peak" periods. I will let you know if this applies at the time you book my services.  Full details can be found on my Rates page.
